Shipping & Return Policy

1. Standard Delivery (11AM - 6PM)

Delivery fee of $15 per item is charged to all products except Everyday Flower (Subscription) purchased through our website.

Monghua is happy to deliver island-wide, except to the following locations:

Tuas

Penjuru

Jurong Island

Army Camps

Airline Road

Monghua will do its utmost to meet its customer’s delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location.

We take utmost care to ensure freshness and the best conditions of flowers delivered.

Deliveries are only available in Singapore.

We deliver from Mondays to Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays & Public Holidays.

Normal Delivery fee applies for all of the orders except for certain timings as denoted below.

Monday to Friday : 11AM - 6PM

Saturday : 11AM - 2PM

Sunday and Public Holiday : Closed

If you need a delivery out of these Normal delivery hours or would like to request for a specific delivery time slot, the delivery fee will be $25. Please email us after sending in your order for a special delivery timing.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. Upon our courier's arrival at delivery location, if no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, our courier will call/text the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions.

If both the sender and recipient cannot be contacted within 10 minutes of the courier's arrival, the flowers will be placed at the door-step or left with the reception/front desk/security guard. Rest assured that our courier will always try to put the flowers in a safe and shaded corner. However, this might not always be possible at certain locations. We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged flowers.

A photo will be taken as evidence of delivery and you may request to us to send the photo to you.

Charges for Restricted areas

Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charges for the following restricted areas. An additional $10 will be charged.

These surcharges are imposed due to the length of time required to gain access/security clearance into these areas.

2. Re-delivery / Wrong Address

Monghua will not take responsibility for the following situations:

Incorrect/incomplete delivery address given.

Incorrect/no valid contact number provided.

Recipients who do not pick up the phone or reply to text messages to receive the order.

No such person at delivery address.

Recipient not present at delivery address during scheduled delivery hours and no representative able to receive on their behalf (Eg: recipient on leave / MC)

Our courier service will only be able to wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before moving off for other deliveries. Redelivery fees will have to be borne by the customer to be sent to the right address.

In the event that there needs to be a redelivery, an additional redelivery fee of $15 will be charged.

To maintain the freshness of our blooms upon receipt, redelivery has to be done within 4 hours from the original delivery time stated, and flowers will only be redelivered after the redelivery fees have been paid.

If the customer is unwilling to pay the redelivery fee, no refund will be issued for any wrong deliveries.

3. Peak Season Deliveries

Delivery during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Lunar New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Day, as well as selected public holidays and eves of, may incur additional charges.
